Bella is a passionate wellness facilitator whose journey in yoga spans over a decade and across the globe. Embodying the practice in everyday life, she is dedicated to sharing the transformative power of yoga as a healing medicine. With a strong foundation in ancient Hindu philosophy, Bella has deepened her understanding through immersive studies in ashrams in India, as well as engaging with Buddhist teachings and participating in Vipassana retreats in Southeast Asia. Her unique facilitating style combines movement, sound, and meditation practices, guiding individuals to discover a deeper sense of self and well-being. Believing that self-care enhances our life experiences, Bella strives to support others on their journeys—whether they are bumpy or joyful—with compassion and understanding. With a professional background in mental health, she integrates this knowledge with personal experience to create nurturing and supportive sessions.
