A: Our platform manages the entire booking process, from inquiry to payment. Customers book and pay through Epanoui, and we handle the secure processing of payments. You'll receive your earnings after deducting our commission.
Q: What is your commission structure?
A: Epanoui retains a commission on each booking to cover our marketing efforts, platform maintenance, and customer support. We take a 20% commission rate.

A: Simply select your desired experience, choose a date and time, and complete the booking process through our secure platform. We handle all payment processing and confirmation details.

Q: What if I need to cancel or reschedule a booking?
A: In the event that an Activity Provider cancels a confirmed booking, the Company will receive a full refund for the activity. Companies may cancel bookings subject to the following conditions: Cancellations made at least 5 business days prior to the activity: The Company will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 5 business days prior to the activity: No refunds will be issued.
